We offer a range of services geared to meet the needs of an individual's budget, timelines and desired level of property improvement. Our standard packages are listed below with the aim of allowing you to use as much or as little as you need.
Consultation $250 for 2-3 hour consult
Includes:
- analysis of both interior and exterior of home
- comprehensive professional assessment with room by room analysis
- MLS photo staging suggestions
- provision of written report with clear plan of action and prioritized list of recommendations and resources
Full Staging $1000 and up
Includes:
- full consultation assessment
- provision of services for decluttering, arranging storage, recycling and donating of old pieces
- preparation of home for MLS photos
- rearrangement of existing furniture, lighting and accessories
- provision of rental furniture and accessories where required
- coordination of trades for recommended improvements such as painters, handymen, gardeners, etc
- final staging before real estate and public open house
